Indian is the gravest insult in Latin America now.

Street food is, in general, dicey. Even when the staff and cookware is clean, you're talking about food being prepared in the open air with bugs and car exhaust and humans coughing/sneezing nearby.

All that being said, I've never seen a guy in one of those Mexican street slop stands scratch his balls or reach under his arm pits while making food. Not saying it's never happened but I'd eat at 100 slop carts in the dirtiest part of Mexico before I ate from one in Delhi.

Other than the store being pajeet owned, are there any giveaways that a card machine has a skimmer attached? The more jeetified my area becomes, the more I'll need to pay attention for things like this, but I'm not sure what to look out for
