In Bald's video, it's insane how many things are leftovers from the British Raj. The trains were built by the British, the railway stations were built by the British, the cabs were built by the British, and all the non-slum buildings were built by the British. Amazing how ~200,000 British people without modern technology managed to build more than 1.4 Billion Indians have.

I just can't imagine why all these practices would persist, if not due to scat fetishism? What else can explain it? Incompetence and corruption isn't enough. They love poo, their entire culture revolves around poo worship. Poo is India, India is poo.

Perhaps a slight power level, but in my younger years I spent time in various parts of India. The claim that Indian food in India is vastly different from the stuff in the West is total bullshit. In fact, I found it to be remarkably similar (I was actually expecting it to be more different, and was disappointed), only less hygienically prepared, naturally. Claims of there being a huge variety of dishes are also bullshit. The dishes all taste very similar/the same, because basically the base flavour is more or less the same combination of spices to which they then add a few different ingredients.

I agree completely. It's telling that all of the genuinely decent Indians I know (which isn't many) are Catholics. Two of them are Priests. Personally I think this is more evidence that through God anything is possible than it is evidence of Indian potential, but I digress. I'm sure not every Indian Catholic is like that, but I would wager in parts of India with significant Catholic populations the level of pajeetery is markedly lower than the Hindu parts.

Also, if you ever really look into what Hindus believe its incredibly stupid. They worship livestock.

To be fair that can be said of every cuisine that isn't fancy european nobility food.

Mexican, Italian, German, Hungarian, Slavic, Greek, Thai, all have a range of spices they prefer.

The higher end a restaurant the better the spice range on it.

Though vegemite does sound vile, the poos have lood a point there.

In all fairness, Italian food is the most healthy if properly cooked.

I agree completely. It's telling that all of the genuinely decent Indians I know (which isn't many) are Catholics.

When it comes to Christian jeets the few I met were all Orthodox and were some of the more genuine folks among them. Many times I felt sorry for the abuse and bullying they get from hindus when I was working in a hospital full of them.
