The cramping only happens in the first place because the uterus is expelling the blood and uterine tissue. What organ is supposed to be cramping in its place and why would it in the case of a troon “period”?
I really wonder what they mean by periods. Assuming they aren't flat out lying, is there any chance that estrogen would give them period like cramps?
This woman thinks donating a uterus would mean a man could have his own 'bio children' while pretending to be a woman. This is possible, of course, because the ovaries will be transplanted also, and magickally change to the recipient's DNA in order to do their part in affirming his gender.

In this case what exactly would be cramping? The stomach? The large intestine? None of those things are a uterus so there can be no “period like” cramps.
