Can anyone tell me what NOT to do with an injured back?
I fucked it up in December while exercising then picking up things at work and ever since it's been dodgy af. It almost went away in February but something made it worse, now I've done it again yesterday just trying to wash my hair at the tub (we don't have a shower). All I did was bend over in a daily motion and I felt my lower back REEEEE and my brother had to drag me out.
Can't even use the bathroom because I can't even wipe my own ass or reach for TP because of the range of motion.
