I sort of had that happen as well. Sat down on the corner of the bed and the leg collapsed under me.
...and another time the hubs and I were having rocket hot sex and snapped one of the supports underneath... that made for an awkward phone call when we asked his stepdad to weld it back into place...

Actually, it is due to me putting too much pressure to the bed several times. It's not really serious though.

We all wish that it was due to me and Dun having red hot, passionate sex, but in reality, its because my bed frame is a cheap piece of crap. I posted a picture of the damage in the pics thread.

Damn it all.

I went to a pawn shop hoping I could make a few bucks off of one of my guitars to fund my, "buy Red a new guitar" project, but as soon as I entered, guitars practically coated the walls there (I mean, it was only one area, but still). I still asked how much I'd get for an acoustic, and the guy said $30. I mean, chances are I'd get that price even if they weren't piled under guitars, but still, I don't think that's enough to fund my new guitar project when I don't have a steady income. I still want to get rid of the thing because I still plan on buying a new one, but I'll hold onto it a bit longer until I have enough cash to fall back on.

Oh, they also had some sweet looking .45s there and a couple of DSes, but again, I have no money, and the guns were all well over $100.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that they had a composite bow and one of those cute little Derringers. You know, these things:

Pawn shops are pretty great.

Fuggit, after checking more shops and guitar center, all I could get for it was $30, so I sold it.

But instead of spending it on hamburgers, I'm gonna save it up and try to get a new one or see if I can get that Epiphone hollow body I saw for $150. Or was that a bass? Ah well, it's not that hard to make $200 these days anyways, amirite?

Yay broken bed stories!

Tims bed is flat out snapped in the middle, to the point where its a V shape.
His twenty four year old friend was pissed and bouncing on it when drunk and BANG! he went right through to the floor.

The bfs bed is a mattress on the floor (glamourous I know Im working on buying a real bed for the hillbilly) so we can't break the bed but we've managed to make the TV fall off the desk

Oh, and apparently, my brother's mad at me for selling my guitar because he's the one that gave it to me because he didn't want it. Yeah, for years, he'd sell all my stuff to buy shitty autistic games that he'd just wind up returning in a week and he wouldn't ask me if I wanted to get rid of my games because he didn't play them and that CLEARLY means I didn't play them. And I didn't say a word about any of that, but he gets all mad because I sold something that was in my possession for six years that I took care of that I used that I wanted to exchange. Shit, it's been mine for so long, it practically never belonged to him in the first place.

I think he's just mad because I sold something that belonged to me before he could.
