One time at my old job, an old asshole told me that if I lost ten pounds I would be "beautiful". He gave me all this unsolicited advice because he found me to be a little "chubby" and didn't find it suitable for me. Like, he straight up said this to me. I'm not even overweight, but at the time I was getting a bit pudge and felt really bad about myself for the remainder of the weekend. I did end up losing that ten pounds, but it's not even fulfilling because this shit-head judged me and I will never forget that. He came into my work after that, and my manager - who was this 6 foot 4 Haitian dude - told him he wasn't allowed to talk to me because he's offensive as fuck and I never saw him again. In the words of the great Cole Smithey, I hope someone will let me know when that fuck finally drops.

Thunder is clapping really freaking hard right now. All I can think about is... no, I'd rather not. Thunder makes me think of them. I just pray they're okay. Life would be over without them.

The wind is picking up as well. Rain used to make me so happy. Now I just think about how we'll never stand in the rain together. We'll never conquer our fears together. We'll never see all those beautiful sites we wanted to see together. Call me overprotective or paranoid or whatever, they mean everything to me. I don't know what I'd do if bad came to worse.
