Lurking through the forums to pass the time before having a physical science 101 class where I feel my lack/loss of any knowledge from high school could displease the professor.
 
I just wanted to say a general thank you to this place.
I've been going through a rough patch recently and coming here for a laugh has really helped.
There's also a couple of people who have been awesome in helping me through it.

According to my brother, I am not allowed to criticise Sword Art Online for practically abandoning the premise of people being trapped in an MMO after a handful of episodes in favour of a bland romance arc.

I don't normally cry over fiction but this made my throat close up like it was allergic to feels.
 
I'm officially the legal owner of my dad's car, and once I pass my driver's test on the 28th, I'll actually be able to drive it around on my own.

As my Grandfather's health got worse when I was 18, I would drive him around in it. After he died...I just ended up keeping it.
 
It's like I want to use Tumblr, but after a week or two of using it, I see a post that drives me straight off for months.
 
So, I'm taking a human growth and development class and I have to raise a virtual baby. I'm considering making a thread of my baby adventures, but I'm not too sure.

PEOPLE WHO PISS ME OFF:

People who open up a comment - usually on a video or song from the 80s or before - with "I'm only 18 (or young number) but I LOVE this artist/musician/film." The underlying comment is "I'M A SMART PERSON WISE BEYOND MY YEARS."

Fuck you, die young, arrogant twats.
