Vamp is a creepy weird monster man, it makes sense to make this twisted freak of a villain be a fag to enhance that. It's the only proper portrayal of a faggot, aside from them being mocked for comedy.
I know you like MGS2, but Vamp being a fag is literally just codec fodder and doesn't do anything for the character in any way.

Its a good game, but youre right. They fagged it up since the demo. Thankfully, it doesnt affect the story and if you go darksyde or even better, darkurge, you can kill literally anyone who rubs you the wrong way.
Because he's also in a relationship with his daughter too, so it makes him more of a gross slimeball character. It's not a crucial plot point or anything, but it's a somewhat important detail for his character, I'd say.

Remnant 2 is really fun, I played it solo but if you can get one or two other people to join you should. Theres a loft of nifty secrets and puzzles and you can dual class to make some interesting builds.
It is an absolute disgrace that Robochad got nothing.
