It's really amusing how tumblrinas don't get that even we shame that kind of behaviour here. Most of this thread beyond the furbae/fur-bies/etc. drama is just a slideshow of the ridiculous troglodyte toys the furby community makes on purpose.

I still get a laugh out of "put your money where your mouth is and show me one of these pages that explains why only some furbies go dooby doo then, you useless dumbass", because this is what that "dooby doo" sounds like. Old toys are very srs bsns worth yelling about and witch-hunting over.

I can't believe I did want one, despite being like 12 when they came out. Eventually did get one, but not really. It belonged to someone else in the dormitory but I was able to use it to joke other people.

Someone at the school had a copy of the Defective Furby phone call so that made things even more fun.
