I actually like what all the Remake trilogy has had to offer (though obviously, it can't touch the original).

So I'm actually excited for Revelation.
I did not enjoy Remake at all with how padded it was. It should've been a 20 hour Ground Zero's type experience.

Rebirth was extremely enjoyable for me. People complained about all the mini games but I found them all to be very polished and well done (Queen's Blood is the best TCG any of these games have had). The only part that I did not enjoy was the ending.

I'm really curious about how hard Revelation will go but I have faith. There is still a mountain of ground to cover and the trailer only hinted at a part of it, which makes me wonder how Icicle Inn, Fort Condor and Rocket Town are going to fit into it. The part I'm most interested in is the ocean, since they didn't show Emerald Weapon in the trailer.

I enjoyed Remake, but Rebirth dragged out towards the end and the constant breaks in the story to force you to play that stupid minigame were irritating. I still enjoyed the core combat loop, so I'm grabbing Revelation on release.

I enjoyed both even though Rebirth does force you through way too many minigames. Vincent's gameplay looks fun, I'll be pre-ordering Revelation as well.
They weren't perfect, didn't like everything they did, but they were still fun enough. I'll probably hold off on my pre-order and get it whenever it goes on sale cheaper on steam.

I can't wait for this to come out..so that in a year I can buy the full trilogy for 20 Dollars after they completely fuck everything up.
There; will 100% be a mod to stitch together just the OG events into a game and it will be alright if a little confusing in its continuity.

Like you can cut the Whisper scenes out and characters almost never talk about them the rest of the time.

I mean the gameplay still won't be like the real game..so it still won't be the Real FF7 with improved graphics.

I just wanna see the bullshit multiverse time travel bullshit ending fanfiction where EVERYBODY LIVES!

Id bet they cover the events of the OG and then when it's supposed to be the end it just keeps going and that's where all the crazy sequel shit is.

I was excited for the announcement. But they announced it way too early. And you just know it'll get delayed again so I'm absolutely convinced its a Fall/Winter 2027 release.
Rebirth was announced with a teaser at TGA 2022, then had an actual trailer at SGF 2023
The trailer had an estimated release date of 'early 2024' which then turned into February 2024, which the game held onto without any delays.

Revelation seems be on a similar track, with spring 2027 being anywhere from March to June, I think the odds are good that they'll follow through. I'd put my money on April as a date so if anything happens they can push to June without anyone bitching.

It makes me a very happy lad to see Nomura just straight up having Versus in Kingdom hearts.
