Anyone digging the Strangers of Paradise demo? The controls are retarded and the game does a poor job of explaining things to you, but once you settle into it, it's pretty fun. I have a soft spot for FF1 so I'm probably going to get it. It's pretty clearly a B team game though.

So I finally picked up the HD remaster of Final Fantasy X recently and actually tried to win the first blitzball match. After restarting my PS4 in rage a few times, I did manage to do it. This shit really just boils down to luck, and all you get is a minor cutscene change. Felt satisfying to win after all these years though, won't lie.

Blitzball in 3 parts:
1. Score and get the lead
2. Get the ball
3. Hide in your own goal with the ball till times up.

That game is pretty luck-dependent, since the Goers are good enough forwards to simply plow through your defenders, so they get an open shot on your goal whenever they want!!
It depends on whether you got Jecht Shot and scored enough goals before halftime.

Doesn't always work that way. The AI for the Goers is ridiculous, plus whoever gets the ball at the start is completely random and can instantly screw you over.
A common strategy that helped me was mostly tossing it back and forth between the Aurochs and then having Tidus use the Jecht Shot before halftime.
