While it would've helped to have shown footage of the same person doing that, but you don't actually need to show a single person taking packs of votes to 'multiple sites.' You're operating on a false premise. They showed enough footage of people obviously behaving like paid operatives (e.g. woman taking off her gloves and putting them in the trash after depositing, man taking a picture after depositing).
