Pretty sure there was a lot of stuff cut from the intro of the game including Tullius arguing with the Thalmor since they were trying to take Ulfric away, tried looking it up but could only find a cut intro cinematic narrated by Esbern.
IDK I kind of like that you can't tell what they are saying and find out later that the knife ears didn't want Ulfric executed.

Especially because when you see them, Ralof basically assumes they had something to do with the capture. While Skyrim's dialogue gets fair criticism, it is effective because to the new player it establishes two things: 1) Empire is on league with or at least more tolerant of the Thalmor, 2) Stormcloaks do not like the Thalmor. The fact that Ralof is arguably wrong is a fun twist of Elder Scrolls unreliable narrator.

Granted Ralof is no Vivec, but I like the irony.

I have watched the video in full and I do understand wtf the point of it is. This was not something that the world needed to hear so much that it required 3 uploads.
Basically he deleted the videos because he shat himself over getting a strike and the fact people were negative, didn't understand wtf he was trying to say or be even able to understand what the sources are in the video are saying because he censored it to hell and back (partially as a meta joke about YouTube?). He admits that the video was click bait.

He says that he understands that the MKs work is meant to be disturbing, weird and emulating real world mythologies. Then goes on to say that The Shonni-etta is disturbing, strange, juvenile and he wouldn't have written it or come up with such an idea. Okay? Who asked nigga?

He then goes on to say "oh MK wrote a story where Azura gets raped and he MK said that she deserved it" and then goes on to show a bunch of reddit posts accusing MK of perpetuating rape culture, followed by MK clarifying that this is a totally fictional story, that of course rape is horrific but she disserved it in a story and mythological sense and not a real world sense.

Oh and MK was an a bit of an asshole and all of this was all happing while he was undergoing psychosis from addiction and withdrawal so severe that he lost all sense of reality and MK deeply regrets how he acted and behaved.

I don't understand what the fuck the point of this video was. "Disturbing stories disturb me and MK was unpleasant and hostile at a period in his life where he was losing his mind". My gut tells me he wanted to make a hit piece and is now backpedalling after he saw all of the down-doots. A lot of the comments under the video are talking about how MK is problematic and how people who disagree are chuds, racists, facists and paedophiles, the usual. He seems to be liking a lot of these type of comments so it kinda signals to me that this is where his mind is at.

it's actually a shame because I actually quite liked some of his videos especially the one talking about the ESO "pathway" daedric prince, whatever the fuck she is called.

Even if he apologised and agreed he was being an asshole, how is Azura being raped anything to do with rape culture? Azura is an immortal genderless being who deals with fate and prophecy. Daedric Princes hold grudges, sure, but they aren't going to be traumatised or bothered by rape the way a mortal would. Assigning any human morality to them is just a bizarre train of thought.

Is the Oblivion remake worth buying since it's on sale or should I just get the GOTY edition + Morrowind for 10 dollars?

I've played neither and my attempt to get into Skyrim failed because I got bored again

Edit: Went back to the remaster release and decided to get the GOTY editions

If you don't want to deal with modding Oblivion and all of it's two decade old quirks, sure.

Although, in the long run, you're better off with just taking the time to mod old Oblivion cause they haven't fixed anything with the remaster for almost a year now.

If you don't mind worse looking everything and poor optimization. Sure.

Nothing better than the sound of "VENGEANCE" in the night when a dozen of guards says: "HALT" at the speed of light.

If the OG Dos version was that big, and the Unity version is much more easy to navigate in the map...
Daggerfall is truly a game ahead of its time.
Maybe i'm gonna explore all the mainland Illiac Bay at horse.
