I really want to know why the devs of unreal refuse to fix their engine because I can't blame devs if 99% of all unreal engine games stutter.
Looked around and it seems like complaints about frame rate and stuttering is mentioned on every site, subreddit, and forum.

I don't think it's UE5s fault, it just so happens that just about every lazy dev simply defaults to UE5.

This has some cool features. The severed head's mouth on my staff wiggles and closes when I move.
I like little things like that, it just adds flavor.

What? If it's taking you a fucking hour to get through that sewer, I'm sorry, there's no fucking way, with any bugs that that's happening. That's not a game issue, you're just retarded.

You just suck at it no shame in it. Turn on god mode or turn the difficulty down
I didn't say it was fucktard. Learn2read.

The EULA probably says "you will not work on Skyblivion a port of this game using another engine"

The game has lootboxes or they plan on adding them. There's no way in hell they allow Skyblivion to come out. Period.
I skimmed/read through it and didn’t see anything super sus, just the usual ‘Don’t Cheat or Mod Exxcs Dee, Don’t modify the game to ruin other people’s online experiences’
Just a catch all EULA.

I've never played an Elder Scrolls game before, is this remake worth a shit or should I just wait for that Skyblivion thing everyone is talking about?
Personally I’d have a very hard time recommending this to someone who had never played the games. I’d personally start with Morrowind, but download the code patch first

Edit: also if you can tolerate old RPG design I’d recommend Daggerfall unity
