Starfield literally does not let you kill a single named NPC, regardless of how inconsequential they are. So yeah, you won't be able to kill anyone.

if im being perfectly honest, wokeshit is more of a minor concern for me with TES VI,im more concerned about Todd's arrogance, Todd is known for telling fans to shut the fuck up and just let them develop without showing anything first, like Starfield for example, a lot of the side content is just not memorable at all, except for the Crimson Fleet and that one quest with the clones of FDR and Genghis Khan it was just mid (I also thought the Freestar Collective questline was okay but I completely understand why im in the minority with that), so most of your playtime is either the MQ or basic radiant quests where you go to an outpost and kill a bandit or whatever, Todds marketing strategy is a fucking problem and he should never be trusted with that area of development, if we get another Windhelm murder mystery in VI im going to be disappointed
