Oh wow. I remember watching the first 3 seasons of this show back in 2020... I think? Holy shit it's gone off the rails! There's fart fetish shit now? Wasn't this show supposed to be good 'cause they had a writer from A:TLA? They must've fired him or maybe he drank the coo-coo coolaide

I genuinely don't know what copium people smoke when they say the first 3 seasons are good. They are better than the trash fire it is now, but so is my toilet after I eat some beans.

The first three seasons are still pretty bad with meandering plots, boring characters and god awful dialogue. The only highlight is the season 3 finale where things finally happen and even that is still only just okay.

But yeah, they got a new female lead writer who did what all modern female lead writers do.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I probably enjoyed it at the time because I had low standards for entertainment and I only wanted to watch ""inclusive"" shows (I also somehow derived entertainment from shit like the She-Ra reboot ) I was probably also drawn in by the promise of dragons but there were barely any dragons at all.

They're gonna do a dark and edgy sequel series after failing to beg Netflix for an 8th season. They were given 7 seasons, much more than most shows could ever hope to get, and they chose to waffle around and failed to wrap up the story. Netflix refused to give them yet another season, so now they're demanding that the fans be their good little paypigs.
