that can be said for almost every 4chan board. just some have become worst than their previous self (IE /b/ and /pol/ post 2016). the last time i remember laughing at something /pol/ did was when they mass banned all the r/donald users going to /pol/ after that reddit got banned
 
Real talk for a minute and I'll post it here since I'm not touching A&H with a 50 foot pole, why is it that pretty much every actual Russians I've talked to that's from Russia is against the war, some of them liking Putin, but still believe the war is stupid. And that all the Russia shills are either Amerimutts or Euromutts trying to LARP Russia as the "Savior of the White Race". That's something i've noticed considering groups like AF, that these people will support nations that want to outright destroy them like Tankies and their CCP shilling for example. never quite understood that mindset

I think you're giving them a bit too much credit by assuming any actual ideology beyond being Internet edgelords in order to artificially extend the lifespan of a dying grift, at least in case of people like Fuentes and his catboy orbiters. As for westoids in general regarding both the pro-Russian and pro-Ukrainian camp, I speculate it's mostly the NPC meme of supporting/opposing the current thing come to life with a desire to dunk on the other combined with mass hysteria instead of actually choosing neutrality or alternatively a side based on actual geopolitical thought and understanding.

While both sides are, based on what I've seen, equally guilty of devolving into cirklejerks, hugboxes and copium dens, I couldn't help but notice the pro-Ukrainian side to be disproportionately more histrionic and hysterical when having their narrative challenged. Some of the most bizarre things I've seen has to be people who are neutral or otherwise not drinking the Ukrainian Kool-Aid getting accused of being edgelords who support Putin's "campaign of genocide" to somehow get back "wokeism" and trannies. By what godforsaken tard logic either Ukraine or Russia factor into the troondemic in the west is something I'd really like to see an explanation of.

I love how pro-russia people tend to go on about "faggotry in the west" but forgot the very high HIV/AIDS rates in Russia (and also Ukraine and Belarus to be fair).
My legit thoughts on Ukraine is that Russia has blundered hard, losing more men and equipment in 3ish months than all of NATO in 20 years in Afghanistan, and also I hate who modern /pol/fags are shitting up /k/ and /his/, considering that you would think /pol/ would support the Nazi Azov brigade and not the Russians who plant soviet flags in occupied cities and I would never think /leftypol/ and regular /pol/ would support the same side but it is clown world indeed. And as a westerner, I see this as a way for us to test our equipment against a supposed superpower (like what happened in the 1930s with the Spanish Civil War between the Soviets and the Axis). And I understand the moral of the civilian side of the war, I feel empathy for Ukrainians that had to flee their home, and i have empathy for Russians who don't want to be drafted for the war, Both sides have this near genocidal hatred of the "enemy" wheter its AF fags talking about wanting to kill Ukrainians for fighting back in the invasion, or redditors talking about killing Russian civilians in their "foreign legion" but we live in a world were being neutral of understanding to woes of both sides is "fencesitting" you just need to look in A&H to know what i'm referring to.

It's modern day 4chan and to a lesser extent other websites like KF, its "everyone I don't like is a Tranny/faggot/etc", which has led to most actual discussion on 4chan dying because why actual bother talking to the other user when you can just throw various buzzwords around. I've started to wondered if faggot/tranny and "degenerate" are becoming the right wing grifter equivalent of a leftist calling everyone a nazi . Like how Fox News calls anyone they don't like a communist/socialist without truly understanding the meaning of that word.
