That name is pretentious as hell.
IIRC, the voice over guy for Cyberpunk is one of the higher ups at CDPR. This trailer is certainly emulating him though.Isn't that the same voice as the cyberpunk trailers?
Reminds me of The Day After, a TV movie from the 80's about nuclear war that scared the fuck outta me.That name is pretentious as hell.
I'm getting Cyberpunk 2077 flashbacks when that narrator started talking. Yeah, this is a vertical slice made in a lab with high end computers to show to investors.https://youtube.com/watch?v=GxGVPButf_gHey look at that, another golden goose game trailer from a small indie studio that totally isn't fake guys. This is their earliest work in the survival genre https://www.fntastic.com/the-wild-eight I don't know I'm not buying that this is how the final product is going to look on release. These fucking animations put TLOU2 almost to shame and that was made by a large triple A developer backed with Sony's investments. The graphical polish is almost perfect in terms of overall performance and fidelity. This is made by a small indie studio who made a janky survival game with simplistic graphics and now they're making... this? I'm expecting this game to be downgraded and janky as hell when it comes out and people will be in uproar that they boldfaced lied about the quality back when this trailer came out.
Ha ha, I look forward to the absolutely shit show the Early Access period for this game will be (and that it will never leave it). Considering how short this thread over the course of 2 years its kind of amazing to see the night and day difference between the first trailer and this one.
Call me nostra-fucking-damus because I called this when I first saw the trailer. I knew it was bullshit. This just looks pathetic. It's going to flop. These fucking animations put TLOU2 almost to shame and that was made by a large triple A developer backed with Sony's investments. The best part? The studio behind Dave the Diver next's game actually looks like the lie that The Day After was suppose to beCall me nostra-fucking-damus because I called this when I first saw the trailer. I knew it was bullshit. This just looks pathetic. It's going to flop.
I doubt Day Before will even launch, it seems like a overtly fake game that I can't imagine it will ever release.Goddamn, Dead Matter and The Day Before in the same year. I wonder which launch will be the most embarrassing? Dead Matter's is pretty hard to beat.
It legit pisses me off that a dev would make it big on a unique concept with an everybody-but-the-kitchen-sink approach to content, and then use that success to pivot into making another goddamn cookie-cutter zombie game. The best part?
