I think he’s beyond help at this point but god damn do I have the slightest crumb of sympathy for him considering his enabling parents refused fucking any intervention or therapy for him when he was a kid instead of cementing his dementia as a middle-aged transtrender autist.

There's a whole thread on here with 5000 replies questioning the same thing. It's a great read and will not leave anything unanswered. You just gotta sift through it.
