The whole group can be entertaining, Axle is capable of being very funny and does a much better job as a host than someone like Cog, PaulyFrog, etc. It's the pedophile "joke" that he decided to embrace rather than deny which ruined his reputation and makes people dismiss him (can't blame them). It's a guilty pleasure but I do still enjoy his stuff. I think anyone who was around to watch his Ralph streamsnipes back in the day can attest to the fact he can be entertaining... but he does have some weird mental issues going on, outside the obvious (Autism for sure, 100% a furry, probably an alcoholic).

Gahoole and Daimyo have their moments but easy to skip them. Surfer can be funny but unstructured schizophrenia usually not my jam. Mr Deadman is boring, interesting if you want to see someone trying their best to pretend to be confident and failing. Mormon Shaggy is the absolute worst - he's a horrible person and incredibly grating to listen to. Anyone who has heard him in a call in knows he only cares about himself ("I've not been listening to the show but I want to talk about an unrelated topic, all about me.")

tl;dr they can actually be entertaining, not the worst thing you can watch - either to alog the Council or just to enjoy as normal shows.

Taking a look at his channel, it seems only the ayylog streams are popular.
I can only surmise that whatever views he gets, it's people who dislike the lolcows. When he tries to do something, fueled by his own charisma and merit, it's a flop. This is purely based on seeing the topic and views.
So, to answer your question, almost nobody likes the weirdo and his content, they just enjoy the sizzling of a certain lolcow. Of course, there will always be some discord faggots and furries that will have a form of parasocial relationship, or weird niggas who literally have nothing better to use as background noise for gaming/working.
