Maybe they grounded these guys so often that they have to vent their hate somehow. So they turn their attention to kids shows because they're too pussy to actually face the people who made them.
Though I'm amazed they're fixating on these two, instead of just going across the whole board of children's show characters.

It's because these people are children and/or tards, and to them, getting grounded is the worst punishment they've ever received. Even though they spend most of their time alone in their rooms anyway, so it's barely even a punishment.
