Or maybe he pushes things too far and the rest of the cast give him a drumhead trial and decide if they are going to exile him or not from their rebuilt circus as they are in charge now. But that would involve strong writing and introducing accountability into the story for a fan favorite character.

Caine's child like enthusiasm over trying to make people have fun compared to Zooble being an obstinate bitch over their sexuality made the villainous AI more likable that the "relatable" gender-fluid toy monster. Also it's weird to hear that their biggest concern regarding being trapped in a digital prison at the mercy of an all powerful AI while trying to avoid turning into mindless destructive monsters is "sigh, I don't feel comfortable in my own skin."

The first thing that comes to mind is the fucking "then why don't you pull it off?" shitpost.

Seriously though by episode 3 it's clear zooble just is completely fucking miserable. he put in effort into a multi-pathed adventure specifically for zooble in that one too.
