What the fuck does "tame them" even mean?! You shouldn't reward any tranny behavior because all of it is disinguenuous and a lie. Groomworks is only relenting now because he is getting pushback and the decision to push Ackx probably has caused more drama/damage than he was prepared for. Remember these people are narcissists, they do whatever strokes their ego. In the moment, he endorsed tranny Jax because it made him "feel good". Says a lot of characters got sidelined because he was too busy with tasks outside of writing and that he needed a co director or writers because he is overwhelmed doing so many jobs at once. Unclear if he requested extra help and got rejected or he just expected Glich to provided it and they never did.
He says that Jax was always trans and was supposed to be subtle but said fuck it for episode 9.
He also complains that fans read too much into jokes (which are what the pro trans fans are doing looking for evidence of him being hinted at being a tranny outside of episode 9).
He just posted the tranny Jax image after drawing it because he wanted people to think about Pomni and Ribbit fucking.
He also calls out the protranny faction attacking people who have different interpretations and driving them from the fanbase.
The credit scene of Zooble and Gangle having sex is another last minute "fuck it" moment by Gooseworx. Nigga gave zero fucks by the end.
Fucking confirmed my theory, the guy just stopped caring and it's apparently the fault of the audience for having expectations like a decent story, this show was hopeless from the very start if the man running it is this type of person.

Now I have no idea of how production of animated media typically works but I assumed there is this thing called the "division of labor", where each person has a specific assigned role and the only thing expected from them are completing tasks based on that role.
Gooseworx posted that he himself was apparently helping on the color grading in the lead up to Episode 9's theatrical release, I don't know if showrunners are actually just expected to do that because to me, being responsible for the creative direction of the show and actually going down in the trenches, working on the animation itself are completely different tasks that should be done by different people.
So either Gooseworx voluntarily did this himself, which means he's just stupid, because as a showrunner, he has OTHER IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES HE NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF, LIKE THE FUCKING WRITING AND DIRECTING, or Glitch was short-staffed and made GW do this and of course, he probably wouldn't say no, which means Glitch is overworking their own showrunners, which is not only cruel, but incredibly impractical, these fuckers have probably collected tens of millions in merch money, and you're telling me they can't afford to hire more people into doing that work instead?
Having Caine's biggest sin be mentioned, then not adressed at all but you still redeem him, and it's only after the show is over that the creator explains because someone asked them on tumblr. Is this the worst and most indefensible it's ever been?

Regarding Murder Drones, it's really not that much better, all of the relevant main characters have body counts in the dozens, possibly hundreds, and all of them (Except Doll lmao) gets to live happily ever after, this includes Cyn, the antagonist btw.

There's no such thing as "only fucking up your own life" that's a naive worldview and the sooner you abandon it the better off your reasoning will be. Everyone is part of wider society and what (YOU) do has ripple effects, even in the privacy of your home. The alcoholic goes to work and fucks things up for other people in his post drunken haze. The drug addict gives money to local criminal organizations and funds their other operations, fucking up shit for others and harming wider society. And the troon erodes the fabric of society for asspats and validation. Nothing exists in a vacuum and in this case, the tranny nearly torpedoed his own production for a moment of gender bliss.

Again, you misinterpret his reaction to negative backlash(and potentially damage to his business brand) as a genuine effort to "change" and a moment of personal growth. Man I've never been this disappointed in a show's ending before. And no that is not because I have never watched GoT, nor watch anything post S1 of The Boys.
TADC had something. GW didn't just have an interesting premise, but one that no other cartoon i know shares. What other show has a backdrop of nihilistic happiness the characters have to deal with? Does eternal happiness worth anything if the world you live in prevents you from growing?
TL;DR: while it was indieslop even back in 2023, and was made by a transman, I let it slide because I'd follow something that at least has an actionable premise and a possible conclusion...
Then something that has no interesting hook and doesn't do anything at all...
Then after episode 4 things started going downhill. I was expecting shit to go down. I mean, they found Gummigoo again and are at the halfway point. And then the show just stopped in it's tracks for random mayhem that doesn't move the plot forward and wastes your time in the end.
"Okay, Caine's putting them in random adventures. This leads to something, right? This will be when they see Caine flip or something..."

"Oh they found the exit door and are about to escape the circus. Surely we'll find Caine wonder where they are or how he'll react when his own subjects try to leave.."
NOPE! It was part of the plan all along. 20 minutes of your time are now wasted. Aside from learning that C&A made the circus game.
And then episode 8 came in and I really liked this episode because THINGS ACTUALLY ESCALATE. Caine goes crazy which is something he should've done before. Kinger deletes him and the circus goes dim. Surely the Last Act will explain everything!

The ending conclusion to the most influential web series of all time since Animator vs. Animation is to doomscroll about how happy your life could be because you will never be who you want to be and you might as well kill yourself (abstract) because your situation will NEVER get better.
We watched Pomni and friends struggle through thick and thin, thinking something will change at the end, only for Gooseworx to tell you that nothing mattered and they couldn't change their situation at all. When you watch a piece of media with a beginning and end you expect things to CHANGE. Why would a writer not do this? At least with the Boys, we see Butcher kill the man who ruined his life. At least with Hazbin Hotel, Charlie's friends stopped Adam and Vox and got one of her patrons redeemed in heaven like she wanted. TADC does none of that and leaves you with a net zero in payoff at the end.
It stings even more because I'm telling you again I trusted this series, but it seems like GW just wants us all to douse estrogen like he does and pretend that he will be happy rather than change his life. And in this crummy current era of the 2020s this message doubly hurts.

They could have a money-printer on their hands and all of season 1 will decline into 'early installment wierdness' as seasons roll on. If Jax is ever even referenced again he will be a cautionary tale, and with good writers on board this series could literally catapault Glitch into the full mainstream and competition with Disney that they so desperately want.

Goose owns the IP but Glitch owns the property and distribution rights(also all the merch and marketing stuff). They don't have to buy him out as it's a Mexican stand off(MAD is kinda in play) and goose has much much more to loose here. Goose can't just independently make more TADC without Glitch and Glitch wants more milk from their cash cow without controversy. That said, Glitch will survive without more TADC but goose won't. He'll fade back into irrelevance because he's a narcissistic tranny who, self admittedly, hates working. And there's no way he'll allow that to happen.
With this framing it's safe to assume we'll get more TADC. Glitch wants more money and goose wants to remain Internet famous/not poor. Glitch will do what businesses do and tard wrangle him under the guize of giving him "assistance" and a "writing team". Goose will go along with it for the aforementioned reasons. I'd put money on him already getting a talking to by Glitch, and that being the reason for his backpedaling and easing off the Ackx posting. Something along the lines of >"TADC outgrew you and now is it's own thing that supports the lively hoods of dozens of people. I think Pomni should have abstracted personally. Suicide generally happens to people you'd least expect it to happen to. Pomni killing herself over Jax through a offscreen death would have worked 10x better, now focusing on Jax trying to become a better person so it will never happen again.

I didn't even peg (heh) the Isn't She Lovely bit as being about the blue matricide rabbit being a troon. To me, it was meant to coincide with the jester chick trying to save her friend and selflessly putting herself in mortal peril to do so. And I love that even more inconvenient truths the writer didn't intend on showing came out about troons. For example, the characters are all scans of "real people's" brains, and those real people in the real world moved on from the point where their brains were scanned. When the blue bully rabbit was scanned he was a teenager, a minor, who was homeless, struggling with gender image, and may be on the run for murdering his mother. Later on when you see the real world brain scan donor as an adult, he's still male. Still referred to with male pronouns. As with the majority of kids who go through gender special bullshit, he grew out of it and went back to being male, if he ever tried to "transition" in the first place. I don't care what the Goose Troon tries to say for some bullshit handwaving, motherfucker is still male.
And then there's all the faggot troons with their "I saw the signs from the very beginning! It was so obvious! How could you not see it?" Yeah, bullshit. It wasn't "obvious". It didn't become obvious until NooseMerks decided to beat everyone over the head with it at the very end. The only reason you saw any "signs" is because you're a narcissistic troon and believe everything has to be about you and your gender bullshit. Even when it clearly isn't about you and your mental illness, you'll bully everyone you have to into making it about you and your gender delusions. You're talking about a character who abused and bullied everyone around him, possibly killed his own mother because of an autistic outburst, and took pleasure in the discomfort and pain of others like a fucking sociopath, including intentionally making women uncomfortable by acting sexually inappropriate around them. "They were secretly Trans the whole time and dealing with past trauma!" does not excuse or make his unacceptable behavior suddenly sympathetic, understandable, or acceptable. It does not redeem him as a character or make him worthy of forgiveness. He did nothing, NOTHING, to earn redemption or absolution. It certainly doesn't absolve him of driving two different people into committing their world's version of suicide and potentially having murdered his own mother.
Trannies do not have a unique corner on trauma and hardship, and to think they do is pure narcissistic entitlement. Everyone has pain and trauma in their lives. Everyone struggles in some way. Being a tranny does not mean you have things oh so much worse than everyone else and deserve special considerations. Jax is not a good person. Jax is not a sympathetic character. If you're watching Jax and thinking "OMG Jax is so me!", that should not be a moment of joyful validation for you. That should be a moment of dawning dread and horrifying realization, because Jax is a shitty person who has not earned any sympathy or forgiveness. And if you identify with him, recognize yourself in his behavior and actions, it means you are also a shitty person. No amount of past trauma, gender bullshit, or bitterness over your parents working too hard to provide for you to give you all the attention you wanted will wipe that away. The only thing that redeems someone like that and earn forgiveness for being an abusive, bullying piece of shit to everyone in your life is recognizing it and actually making an effort to become a better person, and making amends with those you hurt. Feeling good or "validated" with a character like Jax is a MASSIVE red flag.
Considering the song keeps playing even after jax dies I'm 100% certain this is the initial reason for the song. That's not even going into the romantic implications of the dialogue right before that song starts playing. The trans shit's not even in the show. It's one of those things where something that got retroactively confirmed to appease a specific demographic just makes that demographic look infinitely worse because all the reasons they retroactively try making about trans shit are shit like "Ladies first! haha what am I saying that's stupid *PUSHES WOMAN ASIDE*" shit.
