It's not a human at that point. It's not sentient at that point.
I know body autonomy doesn't exist in Russia, but in America we have body autonomy. You can't be forced to donate blood or an organ, and that includes a woman's uterus.

Not zero, no, but the majority of abortions are done because both partners didn't think things through.
For fringe cases, like rape and incest, one can debate the necessity of abortion. That doesn't make it less of a killing but you can actually sympathize and empathize with women who wouldn't want to carry a reminder of an assault on their dignity to term.
However, a woman should not just kill a human inside her, because her partner didn't pull out of her soon enough or that she suddenly had a change of heart.
