I think TUG has a bit of a misconception involving Astroturfing. I'm pretty sure there are no specific criminal statutes against such. Now if you can find anyone that use Tuttle specifically because of Toye's glowing review you might have a case for fraud. And yeah it is certainly false advertising. But those fines would go against Tuttle. And even then generally only if they are wholesale using a large amount of fake reviews to alter search results. This is incredibly small potatoes bullshit. Why do anything besides mock it's cheesiness? Especially when you have an actual criminal act in Toye's $25k Kamehacon Fraud.

The mailbox incident is when I started to see through his bullshit too. I was away from home and kept thinking I'd missed something that he revealed how he connected the mailbox to people from KV but there was nothing. The thought that some random KV person drove all the way to the arsehole of nowhere just to vandalise his mailbox that was already hanging together by tape was beyond ridiculous. The fact he used that as an excuse to encourage The Quatering to set up a GFM for his new kid as well showed me who he is and I can't unsee it now.
