Technical problem with Fediverse - Where to post?

Ive got a problem with the Fediverse. I tried signing up but it never sent the confirmation email(and yes I checked my spam folder). Now when I try to sign up it gives an error message and I also can't log in because it says my email isn't confirmed.

I don't know where on the forum to post about technical issues. Is it forum discussion? Talk to staff?

Same issue like this lad, and its impossible to request another from the main portal page.
