For some reason I can't upload files from my laptop. It just hangs there for a while after selecting the file and then reverts to no file selected.The file size doesn't seem to change anything, as I tried it with a 5 MB photo I took and a random image from off the net and neither of them uploaded.
 
Could help if you told us which browser and version you're using. Anyway I'm not a tech support but I'm sure that'd be the first thing they'd ask.

Chrome, no idea about the version, presumably the latest one.
 
I don't know if this has been mentioned by anyone else, I don't read this thread. I use Avast, and since, well, the exact time I'm writing this, it's giving me a hit every few minutes for a malware generator coming from this site, something specifically to do with the avatar.

I'm not sure, the notices from avast just have the word 'avatar' in them, I haven't gotten the report since so I can't go back and read it out completely now.

I've fixed an issue blocking input from people using mobile. Please let me know if you still have the issue.
 
Ever since Kiwi Farms came back I have had major issues uploading photos into posts, to the point where I have only ever gotten 1 successfully uploaded, and then when I tried to upload another in the same post it didnt work.

It usually allows me to pick a photo to upload, thinks (for lack of a better word), and then wipes the photo so its back to saying "no file chosen"

Anyone have a fix for this?

I have a similar issue. The file upload works if I give it a file small enough, but if it's too large it doesn't seem to actually tell me, it just stays in the file upload dialogue screen for no reason.

Sometimes going into "more options" to load an image or additional images works.

I used to think it was related to the total size of all images, but sometimes I can upload a ton of images with no problems and other times it doesn't even want to accept a couple of small FB screencaps.

I've also noticed that if it won't accept a capture and paste, it usually won't accept the image if I save it and upload it either.

I think I know what's wrong and I've applied a fix.
