Because XenForo **INSISTS** on trying to make things HTTPS even when every fucking thing I throw at it is explicitly HTTP. It would be easier if I can just find a way to make the site HTTPS over Tor.

setting up the telegram desktop app in a way that forces all its traffic through tor without leaking anything to clearnet seems difficult
you could put the app on tails linux i guess, but that's a pretty big effort, too much for most users i think

General note for Null: I've had to run unsafe scripts using Tor for Brave for the past month or so. (Little icon that appears in the address bar next to the Tor shields icon).

Probably a no brainer, but I'm no good with this networking stuff, and I thought it better to mention it rather than not just in case it's supposed to automatically route to a tor version instead.
