Canada and Hong Kong appear to be blocked, but a European one seems to work for me.
 
Can't connect via Netherlands but Canada working fine. Just had an enlightening half hour phone call with all of India.
"Hey I can't load this site over your network but I can via a VPN what give?"
"I am of the sorry's sir but we cannot be helpings you with a VPN issue"
"No the issue is with You and possibly the rest of the country since no-one seems to be able to load the site"
"Well okay sir we can be seeings if whitelisting the site on your router will be of the helpings"

I gave up and will call back to continue fighting retards after I am finished with work today.

In my time I have had many words about the D*tch but I'll be darned if this Amsterdam-based VPN doesn't load the site fast and reliably for me.
 
If Mutts have problems try to use Chilean services, they have net neutrality codified into their laws and probably will be less awful than Europeans considering you will be in the same continent

To put this into perspective, we do about 600 TB of data per month. Chile can be the greatest host in the world but if fucking Ulaanbaatar has more affordable bandwidth than you, you fucked up.
 
Netherland VPN stopped working and now I'm using the United Arab Emirates to connect to Kiwi Farms.

A fucking Muslim country has more free speech than American ISPs do.

Are there any updates as to what the fuck is happening in this Bizarro World or are we just pissing in the wind?

lol, when I called my ISP, they were completely confused by the whole situation. They told me that they don't block anything without a court order or a FBI directive. I can tell that they're frustrated and told me they're doing everything they can. They suggested I use a VPN but I kindly reminded them that this is a legal American website, hosted in America. I should be able to access it using an American ISP. The guy I was talking to was really nice and pro free-speech but he was honest with me that the solution might be to write my congressman or something.
