The cruise is a dance competition cruise run by Celebrity (Archive). It is 8 days and is mainly just on ship though it does stop in Nassau and their special island. She is paying at least $6 for this. She also admitted to taking and using her parents disability parking placard.

They may be protection rather than fillings.
My little tardy got silver coating for the back teeth to prevent cavities as its hard to brush the tardy teeth and if they need general anesthesia for dental work then a one off for protection is much better.
They may have expanded this to all children, or maybe just low income or special needs families.
Not every cheap car can fit an wheelchair inside the trunk. But it kind of depends on the shape of the trunk space. But that would absolutely fit inside any SUV or an van. Especially if the back seats are capable of folding down

I would like to believe, unless this is some foreign doc or Caribbean school doc, that they can tell pulselessness. Besides in an acls situation, multiple people often feel for pulse. So its not even just the doctor. A good number of times they lead the case, and often may not put any hands on the patient. (Even in the er setting lol)

What I do to archive personally (specifically on mobile) is use an embedder service on discord (like send it to a friend but replace the url with kkinstagram for instagram videos, as an example) and then download the video that way by fullscreening it within discord, clicking the dots in the upper right corner, and hitting download.

I've seen it be pulse check is all they needed to verify it. Guy got worked for 20 minutes, one pulse check by nurse on neck/1 on groin, ekg and no breathing [which is really obvious...] was all they did for calling it quits.
It also is based on doctor and protocols. A lot of this would have also been noticed by other staff in the room as well, and everybody who moves the body.
