I'm very fascinated with the voice acting world, hell I would even consider giving it a try sometime in my life time but one thing I always don't get with the strike was how demanding it was, I always think of the phrase "don't bite the hand that feeds you" when thinking about the strike, and at the same time, I hope to see the strike bite most of the unionized voice actors in the ass so companies demanding for actors hire non-unionized actors to find some talent yet unfounded, I get really tired of hearing the same voice actors in my video games/anime(even though I never listen to English Dubs lol)/western animation.

The major reason I got interested in voice acting, considered it as a potential career and even did some amateur work in the field is because I had a massive crush Tara. Although that crush later faded, the fact remains that's the reason I got interested in it in the first place

I feel you dude, though for me, the voice acting of Steve Downes (Master Chief), Stephen Wyatt (Blood 1997) & John St. John (Duke Nukem) are the main inspirations for me to do voice acting though the problem is with today's voice acting is that the inspirations from my point of view, they were all local talent hired rather and made it big with their iconic characters rather than your aspiring anime voice actors who are all run of the mill, and all of them being limited only to anime games. I'd probably fall into that range unfortunately rather than being luckily picked out because said game studios knew a guy who knew a guy to get you into the role.

It's almost all nonsense. The only thing that seems like it even approaches stating a colorable claim is the copyright claim.

At least, so far as I know, the site is not harassing Tara Strong in any way but merely discussing her own behavior which she deliberately made public by uploading a video which has no commercial value of its own. Now that they've made it explicit any contact is unwelcome, they certainly shouldn't try to make contact, and obviously shouldn't continue to do that if they already have been.

A video is certainly copyrightable, but in this case, the video is of no commercial value, and the only purpose in continuing to make it available to the public is so the public can discuss Tara Strong's behavior. She put it up publicly apparently thinking she would be universally praised for harassing a minority immigrant and getting him fired from his job for having a different opinion. I'm pretty sure Princess Twilight Sparkle wouldn't behave like this.

Then she has repeatedly defamed him, making all sorts of ludicrous claims that he was driving unsafely, when the video shows the opposite.

The only way to show this is to show the video itself. Copyright is meant to protect the authors of creative works by giving them a monopoly on their commercial exploitation, not to protect sensitive souls from their embarrassing public behavior being discussed.
