That's why I don't go outside without SPF. I know negative emotions does less than good on your skin too.
Tanning beds are retarded. So is lying around in the sun needlessly.

Sunshine is good for you, if you're living above 45°N and work indoors you're probably vitamin d deficient.

Get some sun and nature exposure by exercising outdoors. Preferably in the morning soon after getting out of bed. Just don't sit around in the sun.
I regularly lie under the sun in the summer.
I dont know what the big fuss is about.
If I die I die.
Tanning beds are stupid but you ain't stopping me from catching that sunshine in summer, ideally by the sea next to a palm tree. That kind of deep peace is what I live for. I'm more than willing to exchange those 3 years for it.
Well with a couple of exceptions, we all die!

The sun is good for you, light sunburn is not as dangerous as a lack of light. If you get burnt badly or regularly you might need to tweak your diet or take breaks, I dunno. What I do know is tanning beds are stupid for most people, we can just take vitamin D supplements and get as much sun as possible in winters.
Generally though it's bad for the skin

What if it's sunscreen that causes cancer?

I love the sun and don’t use sunscreen (I think it is what causes cancer). Used to use tanning beds for years, don’t any more. But I do get sun pretty regularly and lay out. I also go get a skin checkup every year though. We need vitamin D and while I do get sun, I also cook with real lard which boosts your vitamin D levels. So far, so good, no skin cancer. Although my spouse covers up and yet needed to have a melanoma removed (no chemo or anything it hadn’t spread).

Honestly the risk is worth the benefit to my mental health. Laying in the sun is one of the things I love more than anything else in the world. If I had to stop I’d probably go insane.

A bit of sun is healthy if you live relatively north.
30 mins daily, turn halfway to bake evenly in a soft morning or late afternoon sun and you'll feel a lot better.
Make sure to drink enough water (+ salts) to coubter excessive sweating and try to cut down on PUFAs (which oxidize fast in sunlight and are mostly found in your fat deposits under the skin, where the sun's rays do penetrate.)

Tanning beds are retarded, but sunscreen is probably equally retarded. Tanned sluts are hot, but will not have sex with you (or me). Remember to Sun your balls for at least two minutes daily for optimal performance.

I absolutely love laying in the sun.
The odds are that I'll get skin cancer later in life but eh, it's the least significant form of it.
