A lot of people call themselves "hackers" just to sound cool and scare ignorant people online.
At worst most people like this have maybe downloaded some kind of DDOS client and spammed a site with requests with a juvenile raid group.
I'm inclined to ask the guy if he knows what a SQL injection is.

yeah, in that part where he was mumbling about shit not working, we don't allow people to edit ED via tor, he's just too stupid to explain it properly
