Tacos? - Birria or Al Pastor?

I made homemade Birria tacos today. It took all day for the meat to cook in the crockpot and the payoff was amazing. I think Birria tacos are my number one of all time, knocking al pastor to a close second. I want to know what everyone's favorite taco is and where to find them.

Sorry about that. I used the below-linked video. I did add pureed chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to the blender along with my chilies for extra spice. I also added a double shot of tequila before letting the meat cook for 5 hours. Came out perfect
