I have the Bubblegum Crisis books, got them way back at Nashcon when they were new. Even if you're not down with the actual mechanics, they're beautiful sourcebooks on the franchise and they clearly had a love for it. The third book was basically a "What If" of ideas if someone wanted to monkey around with the canon it'self.
A few pages ago I had made a post about the optional 3.5 generic core classes.
Warrior, Specialist and Spellcaster.
I was mistaken thinking that they were in the DMG 2.
They're written in the 3.5 Unearthed Arcana book.

The players are called "girls" and the DM is called a "handler", and the game has a lot of blatant fetish material. It is as cringe as you would think, and probably the most AGP-RPG out there. I'm not giving him money to read the rules, but found a draft from October 2025, courtesy of Anna's Archive, as well as another version from December 2025 which I found on Scribd (A) but I can't figure out how to archive properly. Both seems somewhat incomplete in their rules. The classes of "girls" are princess, mockingbird, stim-blessed, newgirl, casualty, oldgen, and vatgrown. The DM has a DMPC, the handler, which has its own classes as well, which are mistress, dogrunner, scientist, or frantic. A lot of the mechanics are basically the DM issuing out punishments and favors to the different PCs. Here are some of the most humorous parts, as well as the full PDF for your entertainment.
The DM can choose your initial player rank by how well you pass . Apparently in later versions the player characters have a stat called "passability" as well.
There's even rules for calling other players tranny.

Can't. The Head-Tranny-In-Charge dismisses safety tools as it prevents them from imagining raping girls at their whim undermines the themes and experiences they are trying to convey. If being taken through the GM's magical realm of sadistism and rape while the GM dialates imaging having Rei and Asuka as personal sex slaves doesn't sound like fun, the book suggests you should play another game that session.
Thus with no safety tools to stop the goon sesh, it is incompatible with 5e.
The only pozzed positive thing I have to say about this work of goonfic is the HTIC understands that PbtA is a narrative game with just enough mechanics to make you feel like you aren't just playing pretend.

we spent a lot of time placing all the content warnings on the palette grid, that was worth every minute because of the conversations it prompted. extremely recommended and I think it helped people feel a lot more comfortable with how heavy the themes can be. we did a bit of working on characters but left a lot of things open, if I could go back I would have tried to make sure we got bonds done.

The GM has their own playbook and is both working with and against the players. There are mechanical risks to certain actions, like a mech that can heal others, but risks being scrapped after providing multiple heals.
If this is a porn game, it’s a game first and pornography second.
It’s also got the mechanics tied into the theme of gendered females being unable to be their true selves, with the frame being the physical presentation of the pilot to the world. Things that the frame does/wants will conflict with the pilot’s priorities. The game is making its points better than shit like Sigmata or Extreme Meatpunks Forever.

I was in a campaign where the threat of losing his head to a knockoff Kilrathi with a stick up her ass about proper moral behavior had my Han Solo knock-off choose his words and schemes very carefully. When your life is on the line in a moral debate, smart thing to do is let the walking carpet win.
And no, no point in trying to do anything to them, not when their sense of moral righteousness would (within reason of course) not allow them to idly stand back as my character suffered the consequences of his poor life choices.

You are giving this tranny too much credit for the defined rolls.
They are not cribbing from PbtA they are cribbing from PtbA:Keys. PAK makes some (I say with all trepedation) marked improvements on PbtA's mechanics, namely doing away with static stats and moving to Roll-manipulaton-currency; (correctly, though I still hate it) leaning into the "PbtA is a collaborative narrative game first".
So having 7- being "get fucked", 8-10 as "success", and 11+ as "you succeeded too hard", is taken from that system.
and even then, the rules are defined better than most PtbA-derivatives but the results for most rolls are "add these events to the narrative".
The less said about Tags and Identities and how they play into Tranny world view the better, as while its not the worst system for a social game, having everything be so BDSM sex coded just means its an excuse to RP hot girl-on-girl Laa~~~~dee-on-Laa~~~~dee action when they get back to base.
Regarding your NGE reference, the issue is they didn't make a NGE mech game to explore the line at which human and bio-machine blur and how the needs of martial survival superseding the rights of the pilots. They made a NGE game where Misato abuses and rapes Rei and Asuka between missions, and set the stage for them to abuse and BDSM hate-fuck each other.
(I can't truly comment on the other Weebshit you mentioned, but as I understand it, it feature heavily with underaged lesbians in fucked up toxic snuff-film relationships. So while the comparison is more apt, I think anyone looking for a game system to provide them that setting exploration should have their electronics searched by the FBI and be required to stay 500 yards away from schools)
I solidly disaggree with you there, being that it is a narrative game. Everything in the "game" is about running a narrative, and in this case it just supposed to set up BDSM toxic transbian relationships, right down to the "if any charater's aren't lesbians, they'll be forcibly made lesbians" - which is pretty fucked up on its face, but then gets even more fucked up when you remember it was made by a man LARPing a woman who is a lesbian, so it just about envisioning women being forced into Tranny Lesbianism. Aka taking the girldick and letting the tranny watch/join in.
Its AGP dilation fuel first, the game mechanics are only there to spice up their ERP sessions.

So I now actually read Girl Frame and I have to agree that it's Magical Realm first, game second. The biggest problem is that if I want to play a game about appeasing a capricious GM, I can just play Maid RPG, which is mechanically more solid and can fit in weird sex just as well.
It does biomechanical mechs better than Extreme Meatpunks, but that is a low bar to clear. At least in this you're supposed to fight monsters that can corrupt the characters and seduce them to their side, rather than the fash who cannot be described using more than a singular adjective.
Fighting weird monsters is the best thing non-Handler players get, but there's games where you can do that without Magical Realm transbian abuse. If you're not into the very specific thing of playing a lesbian-in-denial who is getting abused, there's not much in the game. But I guess that in the extremely specific niche of traumatized lesbians getting graphically abused, it's the best game available.
You know, back in the day, if you made a fetish goonergame about Planet of the Lesbian Rape Warriors, at least you'd have the decency to give the girls big tits.
