The only reason any of this came out was because Green got involved with Joloyon Maugham and took that court case against the LGB alliance, and they started to get a level of scrutiny they weren't used to. I think they'll lose the case, but if the Judge criticises Mermaids or Green in his judgement that might be the motivation the board need.
