As a former wok cook of PF Chang's, I distinctly remember how free sushi night or discount sushi night was possible. Basically, they made the sushi rolls at the crack of dawn and put it in the walk in cooler all day. A walk in cooler is nowhere near cold enough to make raw fish safe to eat.

I am going to spread this information everywhere until they start giving cooks PTO.

Why does the title sound like a FNaF fangame

Are you the former Chargers account manager?

Sushi isn't meant for human consumption. The fancy presentation is similar to bright markings in poisonous plants and animals. Eat at your own risk.

Presenting to the emergency room after Sushi Night at PF Chang's 👆. He knew beforehand that it was sketchy but he simply couldn't resist gorging himself on the Nippon delicacy. His stomach started cramping, wriggling in pain he fell to the floor and a bystander dialled 911...

Fascinating. While you're here, care to share any recipes you remember? Are there any worth making at home?
I was just a wok cook. We were given oil, sauces, and plates that were pre portioned out with meat, veggies, and seasoning on it that we just cooked in a wok or the fryer. I don't know how to make any of the sauces and PF Chang's is basically just flavored by sauces.

There are dupe recipes on Todd Wilbur's site. I think I made his version of their Mongolian Beef and I thought it was pretty good.

I have a membership, so I have access to the recipe. I also have the Crispy Honey Chicken dupe and the Short Rib Fried Rice if you're interested, though I don't think I ever tried making either of those.

OP is retarded, fish for raw consumption is deep frozen before it is shipped, did you expect to make the sushi and then put it in a deep freeze for a day and then thaw it out?
Iirc that's just the United States the fish have to be frozen first.
Elsewhere in the world including Japan no freezing is done. So you getting and eating everything that's on and in the fish the chefs didn't clean and killed off.

I don't think that's true desu. I don't know about other fishes but almost all salmon in the world are shipped frozen and there's no way you'll find fresh salmon anywhere but a high end sushi place

Also I had this old Chinese coworker who never did his job. He just sat on a bucket eating ice cream the whole shift, even during a rush. ESPECIALLY during rushes. And he then would go on to say he did ten times the work I did. Also he would call me a mothafucka and a wiitawd. The wii is such an old gaming console, it even was back then. God that guy was so out of touch. He always said how he was going to go to New York and start his own restaurant but he still works at PF Chang's to this day. What a loser.
