Well, that proves the bleeding heart idiot of a plastic surgeon is utterly wasting his time, trying to fix this lunatic’s face. Aqualix Hon here thinks the surgeon is going to make him look like a Korean twink and is threatening to flounce off to America if that doesn’t happen. As if there’s any better, cheaper surgery in the US, fucking deluded idiot.

I once felt a bit bad for him but now I fully embraced the "fuck around and find out, dumbass". He does all this shit on purpose for attention, if your odds are "good enough" in a really bad situation then he aims for "actually I want it to be way worse because good enough isn't for me". Genuine question, is this not what Kiwifarms is (or was back in the day)? Wasn't it created to harass CWC and other mentally ill people? I remember watching one of those documentaries on Chris Chan and it talked about the shit users from the farms used to do.
so obviously I'm not a medical doctor or anything but looking at the picture it seems the gauze is wrapped thicker around certain areas of his face like the forehead, cheek, nose, throat and upper lip maybe some work is done on those areas.
EDIT: look at his eye aswell, its opened alot more than usual.
