I agree, but if he keeps continuing to do them despite the disastrous results, then it's clear that he has some weird masochistic humiliation fetish for it, which isn't uncommon behavior for troons. I think it's less that he had a fetish and more that he's raped so hard he went insane and his current condition is a result of being fucked up on drugs.
I remember there's a guy like that documented here who took getting assraped badly and became a lunatic after getting addicted to drugs. Surge is not the first or the last guy to go insane after that but the silicone injection is new

This is the person who does streams and sets up social media accounts for Elva. She is 100% grifting off of him and he keeps signing off on it as being okay as long as he gets enough to fly to the US. There was a Kick Stream from 4 days ago where he Elva went to the hospital because he the injections were to invasive with his bones? Not sure if he is even alive which is the worrying part because we know the Discord people that encouraged this are going to DFE and run. Brooklyn herself is a little strange, I have seen her tell him to stop injecting, give up because he is going to do it anyway, mock other trannies, compliment his appearance half-heartedly, mock Elva "So are you transitioning from a man to a woman or normal to deformed?", feed into his delusions with the same tone and energy the Casey troll did to Chris Chan back in the day. Brooklyn seems to have some moral thought in her because she has asked in one of the Kick streams what Elva would do when he finally makes it to the US with some concern but just lets it go when the clearly mentally ill tranny gives delusional answers. The whole thing sort of reeks of the insane zoomer sadistic-apathy, and the TikTokers just want a new Daniel Larson. I originally wanted to just laugh at this guy because how far he is willing to going to prove he is a "WOOMON" but the deeper I've dug the more I feel like maybe it's just best to document everything instead. Hopefully someone documents the Discord he is in so the picture can be better put together.

I don't think there's any question that this guy suffers from severe mental illness and should probably be institutionalized for a very long time. The silicone injections is basically just killing himself slowly because there's no way this doesn't migrate elsewhere and will eventually fuck up his breathing.
It's obvious the real villains in this story is the ones who keep feeding his delusions. It's more of a sadcow at this point.
