However, about 30% of compilation type videos which include black people entering bathrooms to take a selfie for w/e reason, end up terrified and visibly duck for cover as if being bombed in Gaza, to people sharting in stalls. Its always just black people, I can't recall ever seeing a video of a white person or any other race doing the same thing.

Am I insane? (trick question of course)

I've had the displeasure of hearing people shit in public bathrooms at movie theatres or something,
but never at the scale of what I witness in these videos. They react 10x more than their smoke alarms going off.
