As has been stated, don't play by their rules unless you're attempting to turn said rules against them to show others just how silly they are. (i.e the very concept of this thread's topic) To answer your question though, there's actually very little difference for your genitals after you undergo hormone treatment. Your dick gets a lot smaller though. But, that's not what matters in this. Gay men don't want vaginas and people of the opposite sex lesbians don't want cock and people of the opposite sex. Straight people don't want people of the same biological sex. Then when you get to surgical faux genitals it's nothing like a real organs. There is no meaningful difference and not such thing as a feminine penis or masculine vagina ins any respect or technicality. While transgender surgery only produces parodies that no one should have or desire.

Well, there are other ways to have sex than just PiV, but yes, taking hormones that are not natural to your body changes your genitals. It basically hurts to get erections and vaginas swell up, as far as I know. Not to speak about the results that come from surgeries.

And it shouldn't be an issue, they are right. If you solely focus on genitals while dating/looking for a hookup, something might be seriously wrong with you. There's more to people than what they have in their pants, but while it is entirely possible to fall in love with a person first and sex comes second, they kinda fail to apply this same thought when speaking about trans people. But I stand with it. If it's only about that one area of a body for you and you really are capable of forgetting about everything else about a person -how they look, how they smell, if they are groomed, if they are not, etc.- I guess congrats to you?
