All his claims have been filed in bad faith.

He's not interested in changing things for the LGBT community or society as a whole, never has been nor ever will be, imo - eg what changes benefited others when he accepted (BCHRT) waxers payments made behind closed doors? Why would any genuine "activist" plead for anonymity if they were, supposedly, fighting for others and wanted to make positive changes for trans people?...afaik Jason Jones (Trinidad), a genuine LGBT activist, didn't hide behind any skirts and he had bona fide reasons to fear for his life.

All jonathan yaniv aka jessica serenity simpson wants is easy money, that's his level of activism.

Huge mistake not to press for fees in these kinds of cases (if they are available) and even just costs (which of course tend to be a lot less than fees) when they are not. You've got to discourage the idea that this is some type of "play the lottery for free" system -- even if the costs are going to be less than the fees it takes to apply for costs. it's cheaper in the long run. Plus, getting a trail of "costs awarded against" will one day greatly facilitate the vexatious litigant motion (a guy can dream eh?)
