It's not the strata's job to police online postings. Yaniv has the same misconception of government that Russell Greer exhibits. Thank the gods that they're in different countries. You get Yaniv and Russ in the same room and I'm not responsible for the consequences.

Minor detail, but: can we please all take a moment to appreciate JY referring to himself as "notorious" in his latest lolsuit?
Must be the "attention hungry" and "really fucking stupid" combo once more, I guess?
Wasn't he supposed to be some sort of a marketing/SEO genius at some stage? Misearble failure on that front.
I'm not even in marketing. I do some sales related stuff as a side component of my job. So, "adequately trained amateur" at best and certainly not a literary genius either here, but I still would have phrased it along the lines of ...
"JY is an internationally [bragging version: 'celebrated'/neutral version: 'prominent'/humble-brag version: 'acknowledged' transgender activist ... [yada yada]."
He's either done his own writing again or his own lawyer is taking the piss, too!

There's two units for sale right now if any of you are looking to be Yaniv's newest neighbour. Also, wow, these are tiny units. I mean given that they're out in Walnut Grove and not Yaletown or something, 500 sq feet is tiny.

"Spacious condo in an attractive neighbourhood. Newly renovated (2020).
Some TLC required ... do not. I REPEAT: NOT take this one literally as far as the batshit insane pedo two doors down is concerned".
How DOES one sell something like "Congrats! JY is your new friendly neighbourhood menace", though?
