It's the greatest power scaling chimpout of all time. Basically, the dude was trying to pump up a manga series called the Getbackers as being basically multiversal level. He was getting away with it for a while since there was very little proper translations made of it, but it was eventually found out that he was making shit up once proper translations came out. He couldn't handle that his arguments got completely destroyed so he made his own work of fiction with the intention of it being the absolute strongest fictional verse of all time and is probably the reason why above omnipotence is debated within power scaling communities.
