1. Get someone to volunteer as thread janny.
2. Make the second post in the thread for major updates. E.g. shooter's name, body cam footage, security footage, d0xx, manifesto, etc. Thread janny commits to making updates of new stuff and says what shit is still outstanding. Basically an FAQ for that Happening.
3. Hopefully keep people from shitting up the thread with fucking faggot-ass comments on page 130 like "Do we know anything about the shooter yet lulz" like we've been sitting here for 24 hours jerking each other off.
