Suggestion: containment subforum?

I was thinking a containment subforum (similar to Phil's, but not as difficult to access) would be a good idea to move threads on people who are in DELETE FUCKING EVERYTHING mode and watching their threads to where you have to have an account of a certain age/certain post count to access it.

It's a huge pain in the ass to set up stuff like that and really only worth it for Phil himself.

I've thought about having a separate board for people who are a flight risk but all that's going to happen is someone will go out of their way to tip them all off.
