For persons of interest/verified people who have their own threads would it be possible to have a button or link forced onto their profile page that could link to their thread?
 
I would like the ability to block someone's posts but not their comments. No idea how hard that would be to implement, though.
 
The thread on /qa/ should be moved to Lolcows of History, since /qa/ is kill.
 
It may have been suggested already, but perhaps some sort of watermark on videos? With the options to post it with or without a KF watermark. It might not be technically feasible but if it is, it should happen.
 
Make it so that when you choose the China Red theme this plays in the background on loop with no way to turn it off.

Null, would it be possible to ignore threads themselves entirely, so they don't even appear in the 'most recent post' on the main page board for whoever ignored them? The closest I can get to this now is blocking the OP of threads I don't care about/don't want to see, but it's imperfect because I will still see these gay ass threads on the main page. Sometimes I don't really have a beef with the OP but the thread itself sucks, so it was always an imperfect solution to begin with.
 
You probably have it planned, but just in case you don't - put Sonichu-stylised creepy moon from Majora's Mask on the main page that gets bigger by the day, since in 3 days Chris will have his final hearing, after which motherfucker will be unleashed upon the world again.
 
Here's a geek sperg suggestion for the next merch run: an autistic PCB NFC keychain/dog tag:

This is a 29.85mm x 52.07mm (or 1.18" x 2.05" for all you metric system hating spergs) PCB that features both a NFC tag, and antenna, so you can actually put your dox in it (only if you're really autistic), in case you loose your keys/get killed by a Appalachian hillbilly. Previewed in green, but the PCB soldermask can be green, red, blue, yellow or white. Vias would be tainted, so disregard the gold vias, silkscreen would cover them. The chip and the capacitor are on the back side.

Type of data you can encode into the NFC keychain/dog tag:

idk if this has been suggested already, but i think it'd be useful if a post is quoted that the original post should have a link to the new post- kinda like reactions but a separate thing?
 
A monthly dump of user generated reports on posts would be entertaining.
 
Can we get a "nigga I ain't reading all that shit" react sticker for when niggas post walls of texts? It's really only effective once in a great while -they're usually written by an experienced poster who's intimately familiar with the thread subject and are both informative and elegant yet concise in its own way.
I see this shit more often in the present days since the current crop of newfags are steadily approaching negative IQ.

Suggestion for new users. Have them wait 2 weeks for new users to post in any capacy or rate. It will force them to lurk more and understand what KF is about AND it shows a level of sanity and impulse control to have an account with limitations on posting. The ADHD speds will look at the waiting period and fuck right off. Good riddance.
 
In light of the recent issues with users being aggressive with cows and potential information sources, I believe that in the interest of maintaining free speech, It may be in the interest of the Farms to distance the opinions of exceptional individuals. It can be very intimidating to approach the farms with information, only to run into users who are ill equipped to handle reasonable conversation. Setting a flag on known exceptional individuals may ease tensions with users who have never had dealings with them before, a pink triangle is already in place, but it seems to generate more confusion as to the meaning of the symbol rather than a more direct flag. I propose the addition of a short bus transparency and or icon. something to allow users to know that the post or user in question has had complications with fair communication in the past and their stated opinion could be overlooked as a result of their behavior.

i don't know how retarded this would be but what if you made it so KF cannot be viewed at all unless you log in with an existing account? that or if logged out there's a pretend 'rip kf is ded :(' screen?? idk i'm fucking desperate dude i love some of the people here :(
ETA maybe there could be a place to enter your email and if said email matches with your account they send you a one time password to let you in, if there isn't an account with the email they tell you to fuck off
