Is the Sudanese gang problem in Melbourne really as bad as some people say? I see some people say there's no problem at all while others say it's a huge problem and I'm not really sure which is true.

Well, the state government and the police are denying everything, and have started a taxpayer funded ad campaign saying that not all Sudanese are bad people.

So I'd assume it's as bad as the media's saying.
