With his diet and blatant lack of muscle mass, I'd say he's got 2-3 months tops with the amount he's drinking.
Once you go to an almost liquid diet, it's just a matter of time.
He's sedentary, more than likely dehydrated as fuck, so his little body is chucking a hail-Mary and utilizing what little muscle mass he has (if any left) to provide fuel for basic functions. Starving oneself while consuming copious amounts of rot-gut ethanol is ridiculously hard on the liver and kidneys.
There are only three ways this ends: The Nut Hut, The Morgue, or Absolute Abstinence. Right now, tarly warly is in the express lane for the morgue route.
