It is his responsibility to not respond, according to the victims advocates I have spoken to. He signed the lease, he verbally agreed to pay rent and I would pay utilities. It was winter; rutland homeless prevention and new story both would/could not help me. Vermont's homelessness rate has increased the most out of all 50 states in the past 2 years; a trend I saw coming in 2017 which is why I asked my [now EX] HUSBAND for us to purchase a home if I was going to give him children; I want our children afforded stability, trusts, security in life; all the things my husband called me entitled for wanting? Yeah. So fucking fun out here being a fatherless woman with dreams of utopia in a world filled with psychos, addicts, whores, rapists, dumbasses.
Oh! And not only did i find the fucking home; found it for 110k at 4.5% fixed interest. Tarl gave me $800 to go towards the down payment AND DYLAN KNEW ABOUT IT AND DIDN'T REPORT IT CORRECTLY AS A GIFT. You're welcome, Open Book. I'm glad my intuition gave you long-term stability but also go fuck yourself you small ungrateful man who never deserved anything I gave you; our kids included.

lets just say tarl really screwed up. i would have at least gotten that for 3-4 kids then gone haywire. in for a penny in for a pound. imagine laying down a body like that? not bad. kind of exotic, in a foreign country, could have learned a language, raised the kid(s) in a cool country, lived pretty care free, done MRE videos, laid some more blonde dutch pipe. imagine how much of a loser does tarl have to be to throw this woman aside, drink and abuse her and then live in mom's house with overflowing catboxes and dirt floors. he gave this up for chin hair, weed, passing out drunk, and living in mom's hovel.
tarl didnt just miss the exit - he took the offramp straight into a ditch, set the car on fire, and then blamed the map. guy had a winning hand and folded pre-flop to chase a stack of bad habits and a free couch at moms place. he traded a family, a future, and a woman who couldve anchored a real life for a trailer that smells like cat piss, booze weed and regret? a routine built around weed naps, box wine, and pretending "simple living" is a philosophy instead of a failure state. this isnt "choosing freedom." this is downgrading your entire existence to avoid responsibility. he didnt want adventure he wanted zero expectations. no language to learn, no kids to raise, no career to build, no self to improve. just entropy with a pulse. imagine having the option to be interesting foreign country, kids growing up bilingual, stories worth telling and instead choosing to become a cautionary tale whispered at family gatherings. yeah... tarl couldve had it all. anyway. he didnt fall from grace; he voluntarily crawled under the porch. the man gave up possibility for inertia. he didnt age into bitterness he speed ran it. from husband and father potential to houseplant with a drinking problem. and the worst part? hell tell himself it was his choice. that its somehow noble. that hes doing his own thing. as if his thing isnt just slowly dissolving into the pleather upholstery while mom pays the electric bill.
